You did the right thing to come forward like you did. I'm proud of you for putting yourself out there like that. Most things about me are...probably better left unsaid. There's nobody who can benefit from hearing the majority of it.

But I realize now that...closing myself off isn't doing myself or my friends any favors. I just don't know where to start to change that.
